INGREDIENTS

200 g dates

300 g spelt flour

4 eggs

1 tablespoon speculoos spices

juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp baking soda

3 tbsp date syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

100 g Pure Toasted Granola

1 pinch of salt

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper. Pit the dates and let them soak in warm water for at least 5 minutes to soften. In a large bowl, combine the spelt flour, spices, baking soda, and salt. Add the lemon juice, date syrup, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Drain the dates and add them to the batter along with the Pure Toasted Granola. Mix well and pour into the prepared loaf pan. Bake the bread for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
