20 Pecan Ginger Bites

A jar of fig jam

200 grams of (buffalo) mozzarella

100 grams of Italian ham

Fresh thyme leaves

PREPARATION

Place the 20 Pecan Ginger Granola Bites on a serving platter. Evenly distribute a small amount of fig jam over each granola bite. Place a thin slice of mozzarella on each bite. Then add a piece of Italian ham on top of the mozzarella. Finish with fresh thyme leaves.
