INGREDIENTS

200 g mascarpone

200 g Greek yogurt

200 g XAVIES’ Speculaas Granola

2 cups hot coffee

2 tbsp agave syrup

Cocoa powder

PREPARATION

Add 100 g of granola to the hot coffee and set aside to soak. Blend the remaining 100 g of granola into a fine mixture.

Mix the mascarpone with the Greek yogurt and agave syrup until creamy.

Fill a glass with a layer of the coffee-soaked granola, followed by a layer of the mascarpone-yogurt mixture. Then add a layer of the blended granola and repeat until the glass is full.

Finish with a dollop of the mascarpone-yogurt mixture and a sprinkle of cocoa powder. Enjoy!
