Hibiscus Iced Tea MiniMarieTea

This tangy iced tea with hibiscus and lemongrass is deliciously refreshing. Perfect as a mocktail for aperitif, or as a healthy alternative to soda. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

2 bags of MiniMarieTea Red

1 stalk of lemongrass

2 limes

1.5 liters of water

200 grams of blackberries (frozen)

ice cubes

PREPARATION

Boil half a liter of water and let the tea bags steep for 10 minutes.

Remove the hard parts of the lemongrass stalk and halve it lengthwise. Cut the limes into wedges. Add them along with the blackberries to a large glass jar or iced tea dispenser.

Remove the tea bags and add the tea along with the rest of the water to the jar. Let it cool.

Before serving, add the ice cubes and enjoy this deliciously refreshing iced tea. Cheers!
