INGREDIENTS
6 tbsp coconut yogurt
A splash of water
120 grams frozen mango
3 cardamom pods
2 cm finely chopped ginger
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
A pinch of black pepper
Coconut flakes
PREPARATION
Add the frozen mango along with the coconut yogurt, finely chopped ginger, and crushed cardamom pods to a blender. Season with turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper.
Blend everything until smooth. Add extra water if needed to achieve your desired thickness.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with a handful of XAVIES’ Speculaas Granola and some coconut flakes. Enjoy!
