These salmon roll-ups are a delicious combination of smoked salmon, creamy avocado, sour cream, and crunchy keto granola. Perfect as a light appetizer, healthy snack, or festive bite. INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
50 g XAVIES' Keto Granola
150 g smoked salmon
1/2 avocado
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
Black pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Finely chop the granola and set it aside. Place a sheet of plastic wrap on your work surface and evenly sprinkle the chopped granola over it. Lay the smoked salmon slices tightly together on top of the granola. Spread a thin layer of sour cream over the salmon and season with black pepper and dill. Cut the avocado into thin slices and place a few pieces in the center of the salmon.
Use the plastic wrap to roll everything tightly into a firm roll. Gently press the ends together and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Remove the roll from the plastic wrap and carefully slice into pieces. Use a sharp knife and saw gently back and forth to avoid crushing the roll. Serve and enjoy these delicious salmon roll-ups with a delightful crunch!
