Chocolate Hummus

The soft dates, creamy almond butter, and crunchy speculaas granola come together for a delightful sweet treat. Perfect as a quick snack, for on-the-go, or just to indulge yourself with a tasty bite. INGREDIENTS (for 12 bliss balls)

3 medjoul dates

60 grams almond butter

60 grams agave syrup

2 tbsp flax seeds

100 grams XAVIES' Speculaas Granola

Topping: melted dark chocolate and shredded coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the pit from the dates and cut them into small pieces. Soak them in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. No blender? A hand mixer works too

Roll the mixture into small balls and let them chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Top with some melted dark chocolate and a sprinkle of shredded coconut. Enjoy!
