INGREDIENTS
1 ripe mango
4 passion fruits
1 jar coconut yogurt
Coconut flakes for garnish
PREPARATION
Peel and dice the mango. Add a splash of water and blend in a blender or smoothie maker.
Scoop out the passion fruits and add them to the mixture. Blend briefly.
Take a glass and layer the mango mixture, XAVIES’ Speculaas Granola, and coconut yogurt. Repeat the layers until the glass is nearly full. Finish with a layer of granola.
