Delivery
Orders are shipped to Belgium, the Netherlands and France.
Per package you pay a small contribution to the shipping costs, depending on the weight of the package and the chosen delivery method. XAVIES' orders are shipped via bpost.
You can have a package delivered to an address of your choice, at your home or office, etc.
You also have the option to have a parcel delivered to a bpost collection point of your choice. A list of collection points near you will be offered to you on the XAVIES' site when you confirm your delivery method.
Bpost has recently also offered us the option of having a parcel delivered to a parcel machine. Here you can pick up your parcel 24/7. To do this, you must be logged in as a user of the parcel machine. This can be done with a few mouse clicks via a link that is offered on the XAVIES' site when confirming your delivery method.
Your order will be prepared after receipt of your payment on the account of XAVIES'. Within 3 working days after receipt of payment, the package will be delivered to bpost. In Belgium, 97% of packages are delivered to bpost the day after delivery. For orders to the Netherlands, this may take a few days longer. During this process, you will be kept informed of the status of your shipment by e-mail.
