About us

Grano Ladies is the artisan bakery behind XAVIES' granolas – handmade, pure granolas without additives, with natural ingredients, and low in sugar. We want to inspire people towards a healthier lifestyle, not only with our products, but also with stories, recipes, and a glimpse behind the scenes. We're growing rapidly, so we're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to make a difference with us.

Your role

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our retail clients. You'll build lasting relationships, strategically brainstorm growth opportunities, and conduct negotiations that align with our values ​​and commercial objectives.

Your responsibilities

  • Management of existing accounts
  • Actively identify and attract new customers
  • Preparing and conducting price negotiations and annual interviews
  • Analyzing sales data and drawing up action plans
  • Close collaboration with production, marketing and logistics
  • Reporting to the founder and CEO
  • Making XAVIES' granola even more visible in Belgium

What are you bringing?

  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial position within food and/or FMCG
  • Experience with the Belgian retail market is a must
  • Independence, decisiveness and entrepreneurial mentality
  • Strategic and hands-on
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, very good knowledge of French and English
  • A heart for healthy eating is a must

The story behind XAVIES' Granola

How did it all start? With a simple resolution. Because Xavie had been feeling it for a while: it was time to finally live healthier. Bye bye sandwiches with chocolate and fast sugars, hello balance and above all: more energy. But when she started looking for tasty alternatives, it turned out to be more difficult than expected. And so she decided to develop her own granola .

Ten years later, her granola is on the shelves of major supermarkets, our webshop is bursting at the seams, and our team continues to grow every year. But after all these years, our mission remains the same: to show the world that healthier eating makes you fitter and more energetic, without sacrificing taste.
