About us

Grano Ladies is the artisan bakery behind XAVIES' granola: handmade, pure granolas and snacks with no additives, natural ingredients, and bursting with flavor. In our Koekelare studio, we bake every day with passion and attention to detail. Our team shares one clear mission: to show people that healthy eating can make you feel fitter and more energetic, without sacrificing flavor. With us, you'll join a small team where communication and personal guidance are key.

What does your job entail?

As a Production Worker in our bakery, you'll help prepare XAVIES' granola and snacks to perfection. You'll weigh the ingredients, prepare the mixes, and ensure everything is baked, packaged, and ready for picking or shipping.

You'll meticulously follow the recipes and production parameters, configure the machines, and monitor the quality of each batch. You'll process each order according to the production schedule, working closely with your colleagues in the workshop.

What profile are we looking for?

  • You work in an orderly and neat manner, with respect for hygiene rules.
  • You have experience with production processes, from labeling and storage of food to the use of equipment and machines.
  • You are a real team player, but you can also work independently.
  • You are versatile, stress-resistant and can work at a fast pace.
  • You like to take initiative and actively think about improvements.
  • You have a passion for healthy food and an eye for quality.
  • You speak English fluently.

The story behind XAVIES' Granola

How did it all start? With a simple resolution. Because Xavie had been feeling it for a while: it was time to finally live healthier. Bye bye sandwiches with chocolate and fast sugars, hello balance and above all: more energy. But when she started looking for tasty alternatives, it turned out to be more difficult than expected. And so she decided to develop her own granola .

Ten years later, her granola is on the shelves of major supermarkets, our webshop is bursting at the seams, and our team continues to grow every year. But after all these years, our mission remains the same: to show the world that healthier eating makes you fitter and more energetic, without sacrificing taste.
