Ingredients (2 persons)
1 mango
1 apple
200 g full-fat natural yoghurt
70 g XAVIES' Coconut-Cinnamon Granola
Fresh mint
Here's how to make it:
Dice the mango and apple and mix them together. Divide the yogurt and fruit between two bowls, garnish with granola and a sprig of mint. Ready to enjoy!
Snack: chocolate granola cookies
Craving a treat? These crunchy cookies are the perfect snack for on the go, at your desk, or with a cup of tea. Packed with flavor, without the unnecessary clutter.
Ingredients (for 6 cookies)
40 g coconut blossom sugar
2 tbsp sunflower or rapeseed oil
A few drops of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
¼ tsp baking powder
1 egg white
50 g spelt flour
40 g XAVIES' Nuts Chocolate Granola
30 g chopped hazelnuts
40 g dark chocolate chips
This is how you make them:
Combine the sugar, oil, vanilla, and egg white. Add the flour, baking powder, granola, nuts, and chocolate. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for extra chewy cookies. Make heaps on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Enjoy!

2 slices of whole wheat bread
1 ripe avocado

Radish in fine pieces
