This is what you need
- 2 bags Marie Red
- 500 ml water
- 3 stalks of lemongrass
- 3 strawberries
- fresh mint
- ice
This is how you prepare it
Using a sharp knife, make a few incisions in the lemongrass and halve the strawberries.
Bring 250 ml of water to a boil, add a tea bag, and let it steep for 20 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let the tea cool.
Pour the tea into a bottle or carafe and add 250 ml of cold water. Add ice cubes, lemongrass, strawberries, and fresh mint. Serve ice cold.
Tip : vary with other fruits such as raspberries, blueberries or peaches for your own summery twist.
