This is what you need
- 6 tbsp coconut yogurt
- Dash of water
- 120 grams frozen mango
- 3 cardamom pods
- 2 cm finely chopped ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of black pepper
- Coconut flakes

This is how you prepare it
Combine the frozen mango, coconut yogurt, finely chopped ginger, and crushed cardamom pods in a blender. Season with turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper.
