Breakfast on the go: quick and healthy ideas for on the go

A good breakfast sets the tone for your day? You probably already know that. But what if you don't have time in the morning? No worries: with these quick ideas, you can easily take your breakfast with you. Because a healthy breakfast doesn't have to be complicated. Even when you're on the go, it can be easy and delicious. 😋

Easy peasy breakfast in a jam jar

No time for a full breakfast? Fill an empty jam jar with layers of yogurt, fruit, and your favorite granola. Simple, quick, and super delicious. This way, you'll have a healthy breakfast on hand on the go that you'll actually look forward to.

🌿 Tip: fill it the night before, then all you have to do in the morning is take the spoon.

Prepare your breakfast the day before

Not a morning person? We totally get it. 😉 Luckily, there are plenty of breakfasts you can prepare in advance:

  • Granola pancakes or waffles: delicious for a cozy morning

  • Banana bread: make a batch Sunday night and freeze slices for the whole week

  • Smoothies: blend the night before, just shake in the morning and add granola

  • Chia pudding: let it rest overnight in the refrigerator and top with fresh fruit and granola

No time? Not hungry? But still need a little something? Our Granola Bites are perfect for a quick breakfast snack. I always keep a bag of them in the car and in my desk drawer. Four cookies and a piece of fruit, and I'm good to go until lunch.
