This is what you need
- 1 apple
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- Pure Sports Omega-3 Granola
- Fresh thyme leaves
This is how you prepare it
Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
Peel the apple and chop it into small pieces. Add it to the pan and cook for 3 minutes until lightly browned. Add the honey and cinnamon to the apples.
Stir well and let caramelize for another 5 minutes, or until soft and golden brown. Remove the pan from the heat and let the caramelized apple cool slightly.
Arrange on a plate and top with the yogurt and peanut butter. Garnish with the Pure Sports Omega-3 Granola and the baked apples. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves. Enjoy!
