This is what you need
- 20 Pecan Ginger Bites
- A jar of fig jam
- 200 grams of (buffalo) mozzarella
- 100 grams of Italian ham
- Fresh thyme leaves
This is how you prepare it
Place the 20 Pecan Ginger Granola Bites on a serving platter. Spread a small amount of fig jam evenly over each granola bite.
Place a thin slice of mozzarella on each bite. Then add a piece of Italian prosciutto on top of the mozzarella. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
