This is what you need
- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 g strawberries
- 100 g raspberries
- 100 g blueberries
- 50 g XAVIES' Coconut-Cinnamon Granola
This is how you prepare it
Mix the yoghurt, agave syrup and vanilla extract into a smooth batter and spread over a baking tray or freezer-safe dish lined with baking paper.
Thinly slice the fruit and arrange it over the yogurt. Sprinkle with granola and let it set in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Remove the yogurt from the freezer and immediately break it into large pieces. Enjoy!
Tip : Store the pieces in a sealable jar in the freezer. This way you can easily and quickly enjoy a bar every day as a snack!
