This is what you need
- 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 60 ml agave syrup
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- cinnamon
- salty
- water
For dipping
- 1 yellow kiwi
- 1 green kiwi
- 6 strawberries
- 3 bunches of red currants
- 1 small melon
- coconut shavings
- XAVIES' Granola bites
This is how you prepare it
Combine all the chocolate hummus ingredients, except the water, cinnamon, and salt, in a blender until smooth. Add a little water if necessary until your hummus reaches the desired consistency.
Then season the chocolate hummus with cinnamon and salt. Spoon the hummus into a jar and place it on a serving board.
Halve the melon, remove the seeds and peel, and cut the flesh into small cubes. Then peel the kiwis and slice them along with the strawberries. Arrange everything on the board and add the bunches of redcurrants.
Top with granola bites until the board is nicely filled. Sprinkle some more coconut shavings over the chocolate hummus and serve.
Tip :
You can store the chocolate hummus in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
