This is what you need
- 120 grams XAVIES' Nuts Seeds
- 60 grams of oatmeal
- 2 ripe bananas
- 175 grams whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 124ml milk of your choice
- 115g melted butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
This is how you prepare it
Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a cake tin.
Combine the flour, granola, oats, coconut sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. Mash the bananas and mix with the egg, vanilla extract, milk, and melted butter. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir briefly until smooth.
Pour into the pan and bake for about 50 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean. Let cool completely before slicing.
