- 2 frozen bananas*
- 2 pitted dates
- 2 tablespoons pure cocoa powder

*Tip: Do you have bananas covered in brown spots? Don't throw them away! Instead, peel them, slice them, and store them in a container in the freezer. The riper the bananas, the sweeter they are. Freezing them in chunks makes them easier to blend.
