This is what you need
- 350 g full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 banana
- 100 g pineapple
- 6 strawberries
- 4 raspberries
- dash of (coconut) water or milk of your choice
- XAVIES' Nut Chocolate Granola
- Ice molds
This is how you prepare it
Stir the agave syrup into the yogurt and set aside.
For banana-pineapple popsicles : Blend the banana and pineapple in a blender until smooth and set aside.
For strawberry-raspberry ice cream: Mix the strawberries, raspberries and coconut water in the blender and set aside.
Now take the popsicle molds and fill them half with yogurt and half with the fruit mixture. Or make three layers—it's your choice! Top the last layer with granola for a crunchy surprise in the last bite of your ice cream.
Place in the freezer for at least two hours.
