This is what you need (for 12 bliss balls)
- 3 medjool dates
- 60 grams of almond butter
- 60 grams of agave syrup
- 2 tbsp linseed
- 100 grams of XAVIES' Speculaas Granola
- Finish: dark chocolate and coconut flakes
This is how you prepare it
Remove the pits from the dates and chop them small. Soak them in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Don't have a blender handy? An immersion blender will work just fine.
Roll the mixture into balls and let them set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Garnish with some melted dark chocolate and a sprinkle of coconut flakes. Enjoy!
