This is what you need (2 people)
- 1 Mango
- 1 apple
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 70 g XAVIES' Coconut Cinnamon Granola
- Fresh mint
This is how you prepare it
Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the stone, and dice it into cubes of about 1 cm. Do the same with the apple: peel, core, and dice it.
Mix the fruit and divide it between two bowls or glasses, along with the Greek yogurt. Garnish with a generous spoonful of Coconut Cinnamon Granola and a sprig of fresh mint for a refreshing touch.
