Breakfast with XAVIES' Pecan-Ginger Granola and mango

How often do we eat breakfast on autopilot? A slice of bread with a sweet filling, a croissant on the go... while a good breakfast actually lays the foundation for your entire day. Fortunately, it doesn't have to be complicated at all. With some fresh fruit, creamy yogurt, and a crunchy topping, you can whip up a nutritious and delicious breakfast in no time.

This is what you need (2 people)

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 apple
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 70 g XAVIES' Coconut Cinnamon Granola
  • Fresh mint

This is how you prepare it

Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the stone, and dice it into cubes of about 1 cm. Do the same with the apple: peel, core, and dice it.

Mix the fruit and divide it between two bowls or glasses, along with the Greek yogurt. Garnish with a generous spoonful of Coconut Cinnamon Granola and a sprig of fresh mint for a refreshing touch.
