- 200 ml lacto-free milk or almond milk

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- blueberries (topping)

This is how you prepare it
Combine the lactose-free milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract in a bowl or jar. Stir well to prevent lumps. After 10 minutes, stir again to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
