Chia pudding with blueberries and granola (FODMAP)

Looking for a healthy and FODMAP-friendly breakfast or snack? This chia pudding is a perfect choice! It's easy to make, easy to digest, and delicious topped with blueberries and XAVIES' Granola. Perfect for a nutritious start to your day or as a snack on the go. Enjoy!

This is what you need

  • 200 ml lacto-free milk or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • blueberries (topping)
  • XAVIES' Probiotic Granola (topping)

This is how you prepare it

Combine the lactose-free milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract in a bowl or jar. Stir well to prevent lumps. After 10 minutes, stir again to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

Let the mixture set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (or preferably overnight). Remove the pudding from the refrigerator and top it with a handful of blueberries and XAVIES' Probiotic Granola. Enjoy!
