- 150 ml lactose-free yoghurt
- kiwi gold
- strawberries (pureed)

This is how you prepare it
Before arranging the layers, puree the strawberries first. Dice the kiwi.
Now take a glass and start with a layer of lactose-free yogurt. Add a layer of pureed strawberries, followed by the kiwi. Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
