INGREDIENTS

500 g Greek yogurt

2 tbsp agave syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

100 g strawberries

100 g raspberries

100 g blueberries

50 g XAVIES' Coconut-Cinnamon Granola

PREPARATION

Mix the yogurt, agave syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and spread it over a baking sheet or freezer-safe dish lined with parchment paper.

Slice the fruits thinly and distribute them over the yogurt. Sprinkle the granola on top and let it set in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

Remove the yogurt from the freezer and break it into large pieces immediately. Enjoy!

Tip: Store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer. This way, you can easily grab a bar as a quick snack every day!
