This is what you need (for 6 mini tarts)
- 125 grams of XAVIES' Nuts & Seeds of XAVIES' Nuts Chocolate
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Toppings: Greek yogurt, lime, fruit of choice (blueberries, raspberries, juniper berries)
This is how you prepare it
Preheat the oven to 175°C (fan oven). Mix the granola with the maple syrup, coconut oil, egg whites, and cinnamon until sticky. Lightly grease 6 mini tartlet pans and divide the mixture between them. Press firmly, evenly against the edges.
Bake the bases for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool completely and carefully remove them from the pans.
Mix the Greek yogurt with a little lime juice and fill the cooled bases with it. Garnish with fresh fruit and, if desired, some extra granola.
