Healthy tiramisu with granola and Greek yogurt

Are you also a fan of tiramisu? This healthy version with XAVIES' Speculaas Granola gives a fresh and crunchy twist to the classic cookie version. The combination of creamy mascarpone and Greek yogurt creates a lighter, yet delicious flavor. What's more, this recipe is also super simple to make. Buon appetito!

This is how you prepare it

  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 200 gr XAVIES' Speculaas Granola
  • 2 cups of hot coffee
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • Cocoa powder

This is what you need

Soak 100g of granola in the hot coffee for a few minutes and blend the remaining 100g until smooth. Mix the mascarpone with the Greek yogurt and agave syrup until creamy.

Take glasses and fill them in layers: start with the coffee-soaked granola, add a layer of mascarpone-yogurt mixture, then a layer of blended granola. Repeat until the glasses are full.

Finish with a spoonful of the mascarpone-yogurt mixture and a pinch of cocoa powder.

Tip 😋

Make the glasses a few hours in advance and let them set in the fridge — this way the flavors will infuse even better and you'll have less work to do right before serving.
