This is how you prepare it
- 200 g mascarpone
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 200 gr XAVIES' Speculaas Granola
- 2 cups of hot coffee
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- Cocoa powder
This is what you need
Soak 100g of granola in the hot coffee for a few minutes and blend the remaining 100g until smooth. Mix the mascarpone with the Greek yogurt and agave syrup until creamy.
Take glasses and fill them in layers: start with the coffee-soaked granola, add a layer of mascarpone-yogurt mixture, then a layer of blended granola. Repeat until the glasses are full.
Finish with a spoonful of the mascarpone-yogurt mixture and a pinch of cocoa powder.
Tip 😋Make the glasses a few hours in advance and let them set in the fridge — this way the flavors will infuse even better and you'll have less work to do right before serving.
