A festive dish that combines simplicity and refinement: tender salmon with creamy avocado, fresh lime juice, and a touch of yogurt. Finished with dill and the crunch of XAVIES' Pure Toasted Seeds Granola. Ideal as a starter, light lunch, or on toast as an aperitif.
This is how you prepare it
- 2 tbsp XAVIES' Pure Toasted Seeds Granola
- 400 g salmon fillet
- 2 avocados
- Soy sauce, to taste
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Juice of half a lime
- Dill
- Salt & pepper
This is what you need
Cut the salmon into small cubes. Pit the avocados and cut them into small pieces. Combine the salmon and avocado in a bowl and add the dill, lime juice, a dash of soy sauce, salt, pepper, and Greek yogurt. Stir gently until everything is evenly distributed.
Serve the tartare in glasses or on a plate and garnish with a handful of Pure Toasted Seeds Granola and some extra dill.
