- 1 head of chicory
- 1 pear – Doyenné du Comice type
- XAVIES' Coconut Cinnamon Granola
- 75 g blue cheese (Gorgonzola or Roquefort)
- Fresh thyme
- Balsamic vinegar
This is how you prepare it
Carefully remove 4 to 6 beautiful chicory leaves from the stalk and arrange them on a large plate. Dice the pear and crumble the blue cheese.
Arrange the pear and cheese on the chicory leaves and drizzle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with a handful of Coconut Cinnamon Granola and garnish each bite with a few fresh thyme leaves.
