INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas, rinsed
3 tbsp cocoa powder
60 ml agave syrup
1 tbsp tahini
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon
salt
water
For Dipping
1 yellow kiwi
1 green kiwi
6 strawberries
3 clusters of red currants
1 small melon
shredded coconut
PREPARATION
Blend all ingredients for the chocolate hummus, except water, cinnamon, and salt, in a blender until smooth. Add water gradually if needed until desired consistency is reached. Season the chocolate hummus with cinnamon and salt. Transfer the hummus to a serving dish and place it on a board.
Halve the melon, remove the seeds and peel, then cut the flesh into small cubes. Peel and slice the kiwis and strawberries. Arrange them along with the red currants on the serving board. Finish by adding XAVIES' granola bites until the board is nicely filled. Sprinkle shredded coconut over the chocolate hummus and serve.
Tip: You can store the chocolate hummus in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
