XAVIES' Granola Yogurt Popsicles

Craving a refreshing popsicle that is also delightfully filling and healthy? These yogurt popsicles are the perfect alternative to traditional ice cream. Made with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and crunchy granola for an extra crunchy bite. These popsicles are also perfect for using up leftover fruit, as this recipe allows endless experimentation. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

350 g full-fat Greek yogurt

1 tbsp agave syrup

1 banana

100 g pineapple

6 strawberries

4 raspberries

a splash of (coconut) water or milk of choice

PREPARATION

Stir the agave syrup into the yogurt and set aside.

For banana-pineapple popsicles: blend the banana and pineapple in a blender until smooth and set aside.
For strawberry-raspberry popsicles: blend the strawberries, raspberries, and coconut water in a blender and set aside.

Now take the popsicle molds and fill them halfway with yogurt and halfway with the fruit mixture. Or make three layers, it's up to you! Finish the last layer with granola for a crunchy surprise in the last bite of your popsicle.
